This 100% Limited Money Back Guarantee is provided by Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to you, the original consumer  purchaser (“Owner”). The equipment that Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing provides to your home will, upon installation and for twelve months  thereafter, work as designed and will perform to applicable building code standards and in accordance with the  criteria as set forth in the Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing presentation materials and per manufacturer’s stated standards, subject only to the  terms and conditions contained in this document.

How To File a Claim

This 100% Money Back Guarantee is a one-year performance promise by Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing that upon installation our equipment will perform as represented and  designed for a twelve-month period. If you believe that is not the case, then simply contact Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing at (912) 200-6853 with a brief explanation of the stated  claim or concerns by the end of the thirteenth month following the date of installation. We may request a copy of this 100% Money Back Guarantee and a copy of your sales agreement or purchase order with Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing will then schedule an appointment to inspect the premises and the claim within a  reasonable period of time after having received the claim. If after inspection, Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing determines that a valid claim exists under this Guarantee, Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing will  repair, re-install or replace the equipment or component, at Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing’s option. However, if after a reasonable effort Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is unable to ensure the equipment  will perform to applicable building code standards and in accordance with the criteria as set forth in the Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing presentation materials and per manufacturer’s stated standards, Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing will refund all or part of your purchase price, as applicable.

If Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing determines to replace any or all product(s), and if such product(s) as originally installed are no longer available, Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing shall have the right to  substitute product(s) designated by Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to be of equal quality. Replacement of a product or component does not renew the 100% Money Back  Guarantee period. If, at Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing’s option, a purchase price refund is conveyed to the Owner, then Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing shall, at its option, be allowed to remove the  equipment subject to the purchase price refund at or within a reasonable period of time from issuing the purchase price refund. If Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing does not remove  the equipment subject to the purchase price refund, Owner may keep the equipment, but all warranties on such equipment are terminated, and repair,  replacement or removal of the product(s) shall become the sole responsibility of the Owner. This 100% Money Back Guarantee is not valid unless and  until the Owner has made full payment under the original Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing sales agreement and all addenda thereto. Non-warranty calls for repair or adjustment may  result in a service charge.

What Is Not Covered

This 100% Money Back Guarantee is granted by Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to the Owner only and only materials purchased from and installed by Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing are covered by this  100% Money Back Guarantee. All warranties terminate immediately upon the transfer of home ownership. This 100% Money Back Guarantee assumes normal and reasonable use of Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing-installed products or components. This 100% Money Back Guarantee does not cover any other damage,  workmanship, or material failure beyond the control of Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing including, but not limited to, damage caused by occurrences, such as settlement of the  building, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), use of incompatible accessories, removal, repair, or re-installation of any Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing installed products or components by other than Hendrix Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, normal weathering, corrosive effects of salt air and chemical pollutants, normal fading,  deterioration of caulking compounds, fire, flood, lightning, high winds, windblown objects, earthquake, hurricanes, atmospheric conditions or weather of  catastrophic nature as defined by the US Weather Bureau, other acts of God, intentional acts, unreasonable use, vandalism or pollution.
